What services you offer?

I am not staying in a hotel. Can you take me to my destination?
Yes, we offer private transportation services to residences, condominiums, and private house.


Are transportations services in Cabo private or shared?
All our services are private.

Do the drivers speak English and Spanish?
Yes, all our drivers speak both languages.

What types of vehicles do they use how many passengers can they carry?
Cadillac Escalade: Up to 6 passengers plus luggage.
Toyota Hiace: Up to 10 passengers plus luggage.
Mercedes Sprinter: Up to 16 passengers plus luggage.
Cadillac Limousine: Up to 10 passengers plus luggage.
Executive Bus: Up to 47 passengers plus luggage.

How much luggage can I take in the vehicle?
You can take all the luggage you need, but keep in mind the space of the vehicle, we recommend two suitcases per person.

Travel time may vary according to traffic conditions in the area, time are approximate from Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) to the following areas:

Zone 1 San José del Cabo: Estimated time 30 minutes
Zone 2 Tourist Corridor: Estimated time 35 minutes
Zone 3 Cabo San Lucas: Estimated time 40 minutes
Zone 4 Pacific Area: Estimated time 50 minutes

What are the customer service hours?
Monday to Friday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Sunday: Closed

Out of office hours, our drivers work 24/7 every of the year.

Reservations

Can I book my service the same day I arrive?
No, it is only possible to book 24 hours in advance, contact us here requesting the availability of the service.

Are the prices per person or per vehicle?
All our prices are per vehicle, we do not charge per person.

How can I book my transportation service?
Please contact us before booking, we cannot guarantee the service if you book at the same time as the plane lands.
On our home page select the area where your hotel is located and follow the on-screen intructions.
We have two methods of payment:
Reserve through our website by paying $ 30 usd via PayPal, credit or debit card and the rest in cash upon arrival to the driver.
Book through our website by paying the full cost via PayPal, credit or debit card.
All our prices are in US dollars, tips are not included

I did not get my voucher. What do I do?
Please check that the email is not in spam, it is possible that you wrote wrong email at the time of booking, please contact us here to send your voucher again.

Should I print the voucher?
It is not compulsory to print the voucher you can show it from your mobile device to the driver.

Aditional services

I’m traveling with children. Do you provide seats?
If at the time of booking you can request the right seat for your child, this service is free of charge.

We cannot provide this additional service if you request it while at the airport, you must request it at the time of booking.

Can I order special drinks?
If, before booking contact us here for a quote on the special drink, we offer water and beer 1 per person as a courtesy upon arrival.

 

Arrival

I misspelled the information on my reservation. What can I do?
Contact us via email requesting the charge in your service, please note that you must do so 24 hours in advance.

Can I change the date of my service?
If, any changes must be requested via email, last minute changes cannot be guaranteed the service will depend on the availability of the vehicle and only one change is allowed.

Can I transfer my service?
Yes, contact us here requesting the change. Please add in the message the full name of the person who will use the service, cell phone, email, once the change is made we cannot change it again.

What should I do if I miss my flight, it is delayed or cancelled?
Delayed flight
Our dirver can wait for you at no extra cost.
Missed or cancelled flight
Please contact us here as soon as possible indicanting the new flight itinerary, otherwise you may incur additional charges.

Where can I find my driver at the airport?
Because there are serveral terminals at te airport, when you make a reservation, we will send you a voucher with travel instrucitons and the terminal where you will find our driver.

What time do you recommend my hotel picktup?
Times are approximante and vary according to traffic in the area.
Zone 1 San José del Cabo: 2 hours 30 minutes before your flight
Zone 2 Tourist Corridor: 2 hours 35 minutes before your flight
Zone 3 Cabo San Lucas: 2 hours 45 minutes before your flight
Zone 4 Pacific Area: 3 hours before your flight

Is it possible to change my departure time on my service?
Yes, contact us via email requesting the change availability of the vehicle, we cannot guarantee last-minute changes.
