Our cancellation policy was updated on March 19, 2021
According to the terms and conditions, the customer can request the cancellation of any service via email, we can also cancel the service and it is not applicable for refund when the customer does not show up at the scheduled time and does not give notice.
We offer two cancellation options:
Cancel 48 hours before the scheduled time, you will receive a 85% refund.
Cancel the same day or 24 hours before, not applicable for refund.

Full name of the person on the voucher
Email address
Phone number or cell phone
Voucher number
Refunds
We can only make the refund to the account that made the payment at the time of booking, it is not possible to send the money to other accounts, in our system we make the refund and may take 1 to 15 working days to appear in your bank account or PayPal account, the issuing bank and PayPal is who decides how long the operation will take, if you have any problems please contact them directly.
We will send you an email when the cancellation of the service is complete and if you complete the requirements you will receive a refund.
